Our belief at Energy Over Matter, is that our energy, spirit, subtle body, biofield, or whatever term you use is upstream of all health and material manifestations. By learning to control and discipline our minds we can direct our thoughts, speech, choices and their resulting health impacts.
We all have unique minds and aptitudes, and come to meditation with different stressors and goals. Therefore, instead of chasing the perfect meditation, we aim to provide students with a multitude of tools to use, drawing on yoga, Buddhism, qi-gong and other styles.
