My protocols are top down, as I believe, like quantum field theory tells us, that physical bodies, including dis-ease, are a manifestation of our higher bodies, or consciousness. For this reason, I work first on belief and purpose. If your life purpose is misaligned or missing altogether and your beliefs are limiting and negative, you will continue creating the life you say you do not want.
Using Neuro-linguistic programming I can help you identify your current state and your future desired state and any blocks that might be in the way of you achieving them. After developing goals and corrective affirmations, I can help you turn this into a self-hypnosis program. Our energy body is often overlooked. It can be disrupted from poor or missing interaction from outside sources such as the sun, grounding, clean water, or nutrients. It can be overburdened from too much stimulus or interference with Wi-Fi, 5G or other artificial sources. Often it gets dysregulated from trauma or disease in the central nervous system or general anxiety constantly activating the sympathetic nervous system.
This disruption or depletion of energy can be corrected using energy power tools. Energy Over Matter specializes in Restorative and Yin Yoga mixed with Qi Gong and moving meditation practices. I do yoga differently than in most modern studios. Asana/poses are aimed at opening energy flow and aligning us spiritually. As many of my clients have current limitations due to health constraints, I tailor class to individual needs and abilities. I believe all people should have access to the transformative power of yoga. Do not let your current state stop you from moving towards your desired state.
